RFQ leads for plating and coating shops

Requests sorted by process, spec and tank size. You see a preview before you pay, talk to the buyer directly and keep the whole order.

Clean production line, the kind of finishing line a plating or coating shop registers for RFQ leads

Why shops work with us

We bring buyers whose parts fit your shop. The rest you agree with the buyer.

Buyers who fit your shop

Requests are matched to your tank or line size, the processes and specs you run and the lot sizes you take.

Requests you can judge

Each preview shows the part, base material, finish, spec, part size and lot, so you see the fit before you pay.

The customer is yours

You quote, agree terms and deliver to the buyer directly. No commission on the order.

Want help handling overseas buyers, from the first reply to delivery? Email and we will talk it through.

What an RFQ preview looks like

Enough to judge fit, rack time and paperwork. The buyer's name, company and files are released only after you take the lead.

What we match on

  • Specs you runThe standards and customer specs you already hold process control for.
  • Size limitLargest tank, barrel load or line envelope.
  • HandlingBarrel, rack, conveyor line or batch booth.
  • Lot rangeFrom a few prototype parts to repeat blanket orders.
  • PaperworkThickness reports, salt spray, adhesion and bake certificates you can issue.

Questions shops ask

Is one RFQ sold to many shops?

No. Each RFQ goes to 3 shops at most, and only to shops whose process, spec approvals and tank or line size fit the part.

How much does a lead cost?

The price is on every preview, before you decide. It depends on lot size and how often the job repeats. You only pay for the leads you choose.

What if a lead is not what the preview described?

Tell us and we review it. If the buyer contact does not work or the part differs clearly from the preview, we credit the lead.

We only run one process. Is that enough?

Yes. Many RFQs need one finish on one substrate. A shop that only anodizes or only passivates gets previews for that work and nothing else.
